Satea Solutions offers a range of training programs that can be employed flexibly throughout an organisation at all levels from senior management to operational.
All our training is learner centred. As experienced trainers and facilitators, our focus is always to engage our learners and make sure they know “what’s in it for them”. We design our programs to be relevant, practical and fun for the learners whilst prioritising business needs.
The aim of our training is to provide participants with the skills, knowledge and strategies to make positive changes to the way they do things and, most importantly, to sustain these changes in the workplace.

- Coaching and Mentoring - Why can coaching and mentoring be so effective in the workplace and how can we implement them in an organisation?
- Presentation Skills- Some very easy skills and strategies to help you speak easily in front of an audience.
- Teams - Understanding ourselves and others in our team so that we can work more effectively together. (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is used in this program).
